About cancellation

Cancellation by the customer after the order has been completed for both regular and pre-order items is not accepted.

Please be sure to check your order before placing your order.

*We do not accept refunds for items that have expired due to long-term absence, or in the event that the customer refuses or declines to pick up the item. Please understand this in advance.

*We will not be able to accept cancellations even in the case of operational errors, duplicate purchases, etc. Please be sure to contact us if you are unsure if your order has been completed.

*In the product photo, there may be a slight color difference depending on the light and the equipment used by the customer, and other factors. In particular, denim is more likely to occur due to the washing process. In addition, please understand beforehand that there may be a slight change without notice in specifications such as [design, color, size, with or without pocket, with or without batch, material mixing ratio] in the process of production.

*In our store, out of stock after order completion due to the high fluidity of inventory, or may not be shipped. In such cases, we will refund only for the out-of-stock items. Please understand this in advance.

Regarding product returns and refunds

Handling of defective products

Damaged or defaced products, or products that are different from what you ordered

In the event of defective goods, such as defective or defaced products caused by the Company, or incorrect delivery, such as the wrong product ordered, the Company will accept an exchange for a good product at the full cost of shipping on its side. Please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please note that we may ask you to send us a photo or return the damaged item to us for warranty coverage.

*The product will be replaced with a good (identical) product.

*We do not accept returns or refunds due to defects, stains, or damage to the product caused by our company. We will exchange the product for a good one (same color and size). If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a refund.

*If we are unable to exchange for a good item because we are out of stock, we will issue a full refund according to the payment method. 

*When exchanging for a good product, we will ask you to return the main unit, the original box, and all accessories. If the original box and accessories are missing, the item cannot be exchanged for a good one.

*We cannot accept as defective correspondence for minor details such as slight fraying, threading, presence or absence of wash tags, wrinkles, beads and buttons, etc. We ask for your understanding before purchasing.

・Other items that clearly show signs of use (e.g., smell of perfume or cigarettes, cosmetics, soreness of the item, dirt, etc.)

・(In rare cases, pockets may be sewn on coats, jeans, etc., but this is to prevent dust from getting inside during storage and is not a defective item. Please use a ripper to open the pockets by yourself. (Please note that the button holes will be drilled by the customer himself.

 

◎As a general rule, cancellation by the customer after the order has been completed for both regular and pre-order items cannot be accepted.

However, if you wish to cancel your order after completing the order and payment for your convenience, we will refund you the following amount of money after deducting the cancellation fee from the amount you paid.

・If you contact us within 2 hours of placing an order or completing payment: 15% of the total amount paid plus a handling fee (in the case of a refund by bank transfer, the bank transfer fee will be charged as well).

・If you contact us more than 3 hours after the order and payment have been completed: 60% of the total amount paid plus a handling fee (in the case of refunds by bank transfer, the handling fee will also be charged).

 

Warranty for transportation

We do not provide coverage for lost or stolen items. All purchased items have a tracking number so that you can check the location of your item on the website provided by each shipping company. Also, please rest assured that we will compensate you for any loss caused by our company.
